It's with ah heavy heart that I share the news that Corrections Officer Jeff Reynolds was hit and killed while on his way into work Christmas Eve morning, December 24, 2024. The driver that blew the stop sign and hit Jeff has been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and is being held in the Eau Claire County Jail.  The crash is being investigated by the Wisconsin State Patrol.

 

Jeff has worked with the Dunn County Sheriff's Office since 2007 and is survived by his wife and two children.
