On April 22, 2024 at approximately 11:23 AM, the Dunn County Sheriff's Office assisted Eau Claire Police Detectives with contacting three suspects in the Township of Elk Mound following an Armed Robbery that took place on Barland Street in Eau Claire on April 18th.
Bertrang was charged with armed robbery as a repeat offender and two counts of felony bail-jumping as a repeat offender. Pember was charged with armed robbery as party to a crime as a repeat offender and two counts of felony bail-jumping as a repeat offender. Leonard was charged with armed robbery as party to a crime, two counts of aggravated battery using a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor bail-jumping.
All three are being held on $25,000 cash bonds. They are set to appear in court on April 30 in Eau Claire Circuit Court.
